2 METHODS TO TAKE A BIKE
WITH THE CAM CARD
Step 1: Take control of your card
Step 2: Simply place it in the reserved space on the right side at the level of the attachment of the chosen bike.
Step 3: Wait until the light on the left side turns green, you can now remove your bike
BY FLASHING THE QR CODE
Step 1: Take your smartphone in hand and open Monapass or PBSC application, then choose QR CODE mode ,
Step 2: Aim for the QR Code on the chosen bike,
Step 3: Wait for the beep and the green light on the left, you can now remove your bike
PAUSE: STOP ON THE WAY
Step 1: During a temporary shutdown, secure the MonaBike to an object with the cable
Step 2: Insert the cable into the padlock
Step 3: Remove the key
The duration of your trip continues during a break with the lock, be aware of the additional costs after 30 minutes per trip.
RETURN THE BIKE
Step 1: Push the MonaBike into a clip.
Step 2: Wait for the green light on the left of the clip that confirms the end of the trip.
An email confirming the return will be sent in the next few minutes. If you do not receive it, please call +377 97 70 22 15. In case of absence, leave a message with your contact details.
CAUTION :
For all offers, in addition to the proposed price:
- the first 30 minutes of use are free of charge
- from 30 min to 1 h, the additional cost is 1 €
- from 1 hour of use, the additional cost is 2 € per half hour
DO NOT FORGET TO REST THE BIKE IN THE STATION OF YOUR CHOICE BEFORE THE END OF THE FIRST 30 MINUTES OF USE, TO AVOID ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS. ANY HALF HOUR STARTED IS BILLED.
