If you are a paying annual subscriber to the Compagnie des Autobus de Monaco (CAM) transport service or the Principality of Monaco's public parking service (SPP), you benefit from even more advantageous conditions. Leave your car in the parking lot and use your bike to get around the Principality.
To benefit, you must hold a CAM annual season ticket (free season tickets do not give access to this rate) or be a subscriber of the Principality of Monaco's public parking lots to one of the following products:
JNO : day and night monthly pass (residential),
TO : day monthly pass (work),
PO : professional day and night monthly pass,
PU : day and night monthly pass for commercial vehicles (<3.5 t), with the exception of short-term (CD) or 2-wheel (2R) passes,
Any non-conforming use may give rise to penalties and cancellation.
To rent a bike for the first time and set up your subscription, download the PBSC or Monapass mobile application (or visit the MonaBike website) and select the "Combined annual" option. You will then be redirected to the form for creating your account.
To do this
bring a credit card,
enter your surname, first name, date of birth, address, telephone number, e-mail address and the number of your CAM card (number in orange on the card) if you already have one and wish to use it instead of or in addition to the PBSC application.
you are then directed to the MERCANET secure payment site to validate your purchase (in this case €48 for the combined annual subscription). At the end, press "CONTINUE" to return to the MonaBike page.
Your account is then successfully created, with confirmation by email.
In order to benefit from this preferential rate, you must provide proof of entitlement within 15 days to the Monabike department by e-mail or post, or drop it off at the MonaBike ticket office (level -11, Parking de la Gare Vallon Sainte Dévote, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm).
While your subscription is valid, you can borrow a bike using your CAM card or the application by flashing the bike's QR code.
At the end of each trip, an overrun fee may be charged if you keep the bike for more than 30 minutes. An end-of-trip confirmation email will be sent to you. At the beginning of each calendar month, you will be debited with any overrun charges from the previous month.
This product is not automatically renewable. Users wishing to renew their subscription must inform us before the expiry date and provide proof of entitlement.
Please note that by purchasing this package, you are committing yourself for a period of 12 months. You can only cancel your subscription at the end of the first 12 months.
If you don't have a CAM card, you can request one from our sales office, then contact our service department to have the number entered in your user profile before using it.
