PERSONAL INFORMATION

 

THE COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA WHEN REGISTERING FOR THE MONABIKE SERVICE 

To register for the MonaBike service, you must create a user account on the www.monabike.mc website and/or on the PBSC city of Monaco/MonaBike mobile application. 

This registration requires the following personal data to be recorded: 

Civility, Last name, first name, email address, telephone number, creation of a personal password, as well as your bank details.

MonaBike service users who already have a CAM contactless card can register their contactless card number directly in the identification form on the www.monabike.mc website or the mobile application. This additional data is therefore recorded in the system and allows the holder to release a bicycle directly by passing his contactless card over the bicycle clip. 

 

  • THE PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED WHEN CREATING A CONTACTLESS CAM CARD 

 

Persons wishing to request the allocation of a CAM contactless card should contact our shop located at 22/24 rue du Gabian in Monaco. A client account in your name will be registered by a duly authorized CAM agent. The customer is invited to consult the information related to this registration with the reception agents at our Boutique as well as on our website www.cam.mc.  

Registration to the MonaBike service thus implies the collection of your personal data specified above. In accordance with the amended law n° 1.165 relating to the protection of personal information, we ask you to take into consideration the following: 

  1. The Compagnie des Autobus de Monaco is responsible for this processing of personal data, the purpose of which is:
  • the creation of a CAM customer account and user of the MonaBike service
  • managing your subscriptions or access to the self-service electric bicycle network, depending on the subscription or access formula chosen,
  • the invoicing and collection of the form and the right of access,
  • invoicing and charging the cost of using the service, managing disputes and possible damage.  

 

  1. All this information is mandatory for the creation of your account and the use of the MonaBike service. 

 

THE USER'S RIGHTS 

The registered user has the right to access, rectify and delete personal data concerning him/her.

USE OF THE DATA COLLECTED 

This personal information may be transferred to third parties:

For users with a CAM card: 

Please refer to the processing of the data specified on our website www.cam.mc or with the reception agents of our Boutique 22/24 rue du Gabian. 

For users registered for the MonaBike service on the website and/or on the PBSC  Monaco-city/MonaBike Mobile application, the right of consultation and access to the: 

  • service provider, the PBSC company in charge of maintenance
  • to the company in charge of invoicing and direct debits.

Only authorized CAM staff assigned to the management of MonaBike user accounts and CAM client accounts can access your personal data for management and control purposes.

LA C.A.M. undertakes not to use in any form any personal information concerning you or any information relating to the follow-up of your movements or the establishment of your user profile. 

Only bike pick-up points and bike drop-off points are recorded for one-time use time billing purposes. The user can also access or request access to this information.
